Now in my forties, I‘m trying to figure out who I am and to build the life that I want to live. This episode was planned prior to all of this COVID chaos but it is so timely. Hubby Michael returns to the mic to help me discuss parenting in this day. We share our journey to parenthood and the challenges we faced and the decisions we made. Together, we share our suggestions on staying true to your needs as a person and not carrying the guilt that can come along with taking care of your own needs. As the saying goes, you can't pour from an empty cup. Your family needs you to be a happy and fulfilled person for them to learn, grow and be happy.
