FM Episode 20: Where there is an end...there is a beginning!

Can you believe that we are at 20 episodes?!?  This is a special episode for me and an exciting time of transition.  

This episode comes at the end of 2019 and the end of a decade as well as the beginning of 2020and the beginning of a new decade.
